Founded in 2019 by Maru Bike Taiwan Co., Ltd., Maru Bicycle aims to provide world class performing bikes to every cyclist whether it is for sports or for means of daily transportation.
Our Mission
Designed in Japan, Maru Bicycle is deeply inspired by the Japanese Mottainai way of living, which means, “Everything valuable is utilized, and nothing is wasted”. Our mission is to maximize the use of our bicycles as a convenient means of transportation, as well as to promote exercise and good health to every individual, and to contribute a healthy environment to our modern society.

With Maru’s leading technology and innovation, we ensure the finest quality of our premium bikes to give each cyclist the genuine riding experience. Maru Bicycle has passed the ISO 9001:2015 under the Quality Management System Certification.
MARU FRAME STANDARDS
The Maru frame was co-developed by our manufacturing team and professional cyclists, which took many years in the making. Our engineering team processes the frame designs through the advanced technology of the Computer Aided Design (CAD) software. This is to ensure the proper development, modification and optimization of the design process. We use semi-automatic equipment to produce bikes that meet the safety standard requirements of the ISO 4210:2014.
MARU ENGINEERING & DESIGN
We improve everything that needs improvement and we adapt what needs to be adapted. We have our very own Research and Development Team in Taiwan in charge of the whole process from the planning, to the prototypes, to pre-production, up to the final bike production. We also have Japan's first-class design team, which is at the forefront of the times in color matching or toning.
